Jewellery is more than adornment, it’s a reflection of who you are, a piece of your story captured in gold and gemstones. Our bespoke process is designed to create a one-of-a-kind treasure, meticulously crafted to evoke a memory and last a lifetime.
1. Consultation
Begin with a complimentary appointment, either virtual or in person where we discuss your vision, preferred gemstones, and budget. This is your time to ask questions and explore possibilities.

2. Design & Gem Selection
Our gemmologists source the finest ethical diamonds and gemstones. You’ll receive a sketch or 3D-rendered design to ensure every detail feels just right before crafting begins.
3. Refinement
Your input is key. We fine-tune the design to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision before moving forward.
4. Creation
With your final approval, our jewellers begin bringing your piece to life with meticulous attention to detail. This process takes approximately six weeks.
5. The Unveiling
Your bespoke piece is ready. Collect it in person or have it securely delivered, complete with a valuation, 30-day returns policy, and a complimentary resizing.
